As an incorporated non-profit organisation and registered charity, we are regulated by the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission and Consumer Affairs Victoria. Accordingly, each member has the right to nominate for a position on the Committee, attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), cast their vote regarding resolutions and elections and view the annual financial reports.
