Memberships are valid for 12 months from the time of joining.
*A $60 non-volunteering surcharge is payable when renewing membership if volunteering requirements were not met in the expiring subscription.
Membership rates may only be changed once annually by resolution of the membership at the Annual General Meeting.
**Proof of concession (government/student/seniors card etc) will need to be presented in person before membership can become active.
Membership also confers rights to participate and contribute to the Library’s governance, as per our rules of incorporation.
Committee Membership
Members of the Committee receive free membership, may borrow up to 8 toys at a time and must attend at least 4 Committee meetings per year. Committee members must also become familiar with and uphold the rules of incorporation.
Session Coordinators
Volunteer Coordinators are entitled to a refund of membership fees once they have performed 6 sessions as Coordinator.
